Return Eligibility
Roofing sheets must be in their original, uninstalled condition to qualify for a return. Products with installation marks, scratches, or weather damage from site storage cannot be accepted for refund.
Custom Sizing Policy
Mabati sheets that have been custom-cut to specific project dimensions are non-refundable. We recommend double-checking all measurements with your contractor before placing a custom size order.
Claim Timeframe
All return requests must be filed within 7 business days of delivery. Please inspect your roofing accessories and sheets immediately upon arrival at your site to ensure they meet your quality expectations.
Refund Processing
Once our factory team approves your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days. Payments will be returned to the original payment method used durante purchase at Royal Mabati Factory Limited.
